As a professional watercolor artist based out of the Bay Area California, Radhika is inspired by nature's inherent beauty and its ability to ground us in the present. Her work seeks to capture this essence, translating the simplicity and elegance of flowers into vibrant, loose compositions that evoke calm and positivity. She aims to create art that encourages mindfulness and celebrates the beauty of everyday moments.

"I paint with bold, liberating strokes, embracing the unpredictable flow of watercolors and breaking free from the fear that often surrounds this medium. My process is rooted in trust—allowing water and pigment to move freely, creating forms that feel alive and unconfined. Through loose, expressive florals, I invite both myself and my viewers to step into a space of discovery, where creative uncertainty transforms into nature's innate exuberance."

Radhika graduated as Master of Science in Information Systems from Singapore in 2010 and worked as a software professional for over a decade. Art has always been a great source of relaxation and creative exploration for her. Growing up, she used to fancy being an artist someday, spreading the myriad shades of joyous colors. She transitioned into a full-time artist in 2022 and since then, she has been actively exhibiting at various art shows and galleries across Bay Area. She also believes in sharing her skills and passion for art by teaching art through various workshops and classes. Several of her artworks have been licensed by a greeting card company ArtistsToWatch and been traveling to various retail stores in US and Canada.

Personally, she loves living in the moment, a simple life and a piping hot Chai!
