Terms, Cancellations & Studio Disclaimer
Reservations & Payments
Your spot in a workshop is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Workshop registrations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled due to changes in personal schedules or circumstances.
- Missed classes and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Booking deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Transfers & Rescheduling
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us in advance with the attendee’s name.
- If you cannot attend a workshop hosted by Radhika due to unavoidable circumstances, you may request to attend the same or a similar workshop of equal duration and value on another date. However, this does not apply to Guest Artist workshops and One time - Creative Collab Experiences.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- Only one reschedule or transfer per booking is permitted.
- All transfer or reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date by emailing studioartforme@gmail.com.
- Requests made within 7 days of the workshop date are not eligible for rescheduling or transfers.
Exclusions to Rescheduling
- No rescheduling is offered on Guest Artist workshops i.e. workshops lead by artists other than Radhika.
Studio-Initiated Changes
- In the rare event that Art For Me Studio cancels or reschedules a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to attend another workshop of equal value.
- Liability in such cases is limited to the ticket price. Art For Me Studio is not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodations.
Participation & Safety
- Participation in workshops is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
- Workshops involve the use of art materials and tools. Please inform the instructor of any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns prior to the class.
- Attendees are responsible for following all safety instructions during the workshop.
Personal Belongings
Art For Me Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or artwork.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Art For Me Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in workshops, except where required by law.
Minors
Child or teen participation is permitted only where indicated. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining suitability and providing consent.
Photography & Media
By attending a workshop, you grant Art For Me Studio permission to use photographs or videos taken during the class for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in advance.
Intellectual Property
All workshop content, demonstrations, and materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, taught, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Art For Me Studio.
Refund policy for Original Artworks
I truly hope that my artworks would meet your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. I can provide a refund or exchange on case-by-case basis, provided I receive the painting in its original resalable condition. Customers are responsible for safe re-packaging and return shipping costs.
Refund policy for Prints
I work with a third-party print on demand service for my prints who drop ship the print directly to the customers. I have a 7-day return policy for claims on damaged items only. Please contact me explaining the issue along with photographs and I will raise a return/refund request with the printing service for you. Based on the situation, they'd either refund or replace. Customers are responsible for safe re-packaging and return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately along with photographs, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
