Using texture mediums, palette knives, and acrylics, you'll learn how to build dimension and bring your artwork to life with rich textures and expressive details. The process of layering, shaping, and creating texture is not only fun and rewarding, but also wonderfully calming—inviting you to slow down, focus, and enjoy the moment.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced creator looking to try something new, this workshop is designed to be approachable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Saniya will guide you step by step through the entire process, from creating texture to adding the finishing touches.

All materials are included—just bring yourself and a willingness to explore. You'll leave with a beautiful textured sunflower artwork and a new creative technique to inspire future projects.

ABOUT SANIYA

Saniya is a full-time professional artist known for her bold, super-thick textured abstract paintings inspired by nature, joy, and emotion. With a Master’s in Computer Science and nearly a decade in IT, she made a brave pivot during the pandemic—leaving behind a stable career to follow what truly lit her up: art. 

Her work has been showcased at international art fairs including Superfine Art Fair, Art San Diego, Seattle Art Fair, LA Art Fair, and the Reno Tahoe International Art Show. Saniya believes we live in a world overwhelmed by constant rush, noise, and the pressure to chase what’s next. Her paintings are created as a pause in that motion—a visual exhale. Each piece is layered, tactile, and radiant, inviting you to slow down, feel, and come home to a moment of calm.

Reservations, Refunds & Cancellations
Your spot is reserved once full payment is received. Workshop registrations, missed classes, no-shows, and any deposits are non-refundable.

Transfers and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person at least 7 days prior, subject to availability. All transfer requests must be made by emailing studioartforme@gmail.com.

No rescheduling is offered on Guest Artist workshops.

Studio-Initiated Changes
If Art For Me Studio cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend another workshop of equal value.
